“From original contact had a few problems which were ironed out fairly quickly and policy put onto a good footing. Dealing with staff on the telephone has always been good and there appears to be a system in place whereby the contact between the company and myself has been consistent so that the same persons deal with you regarding any queries or updates. Have no comments that are disparaging which is unusual in this present time, always calm and comfortable to talk and discuss.”

“As insurance companies go ... most are a pain in the backside with relentless 'hounding' calls and emails! However, my experience over many years, with Future Proof has been refreshingly good. This is a very professional and honourable organisation. Extremely well run, and their advisors have always been perfectly brilliant and helpful (and kind) with even the smallest enquiry and detail. I am 100% happy to recommend this excellent British company to any one who may have requirement for life assurance, medical insurance - or simply some good, sound advice.”

“I had taken out new Life Assurance plan but Future Proof rep. found me a slightly better deal with same Insurance company for the same price so I changed over. They are now helping me with Trust forms so I can make sure it avoid probate etc. Really pleased with the way rep. went about finding and doing the admin on the changeover.”
