“I have to mention the fantastic service that I received at your Balham branch this morning. I do little DIY and knew what I wanted to make but needed advice. “I've had several dealings with Fulham Timber over the last few months. The customer support, advice and guidance given across the business is, quite frankly, remarkable. Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, responsive and eager to assist. To cite one example I wanted to source some replacement Victorian softwood skirting (odd design and size) and despite extensive research (almost giving up) Fulham Timber came up trumps and organised for it to be resized at their sawmills to accommodate a perfect fit. Delivery service is excellent also acceding to my requests for deliveries on specific dates. Thank you.”
