“This is our very first wood fired oven and we are extremely pleased with the quality, the stone cladding is lovely. We cured the oven for eight hours and then started with home made pizzas. The Fuego team have been in contact a few times to make sure everything is OK and to offer advise. This has been very much appreciated.”

“From start to finish, my experience with Fuego exceeded my expectations, even based on existing reviews that influenced my purchase. The team was incredibly responsive to the small number of questions I had. The customer service has been top notch. When the oven was delivered, It looked even more cooler than I though, I always refer to images in reviews as a more realistic perspective than glossy website images. The craftsmanship and build quality are exceptional. It stands out even amongst my other top brand outdoor kitchen appliances. We are re-building half our house and our huge patio, and we were trying to fit the outdoor kitchen all together like a jigsaw puzzle. The oven itself has been a fantastic addition to my outdoor cooking setup. It heats up quickly, reaches high temperatures, and produces authentic wood-fired pizzas with a delicious smoky flavour. It also retains heat well and is versatile enough for steaks, bread, and other dishes. Assembly was straightforward, and once you get used to managing the fire, it’s easy to use. Cleanup is simple too. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The quality, performance, and service make the Fuego wood-burning oven a fantastic investment, and I would highly recommend it.”

“I’m absolutely thrilled with this wood-fired pizza oven. From the moment it arrived, everything about the experience has been outstanding. The build quality is excellent, it heats up quickly, and it cooks pizzas beautifully with that authentic crispy crust and smoky flavor you just can’t get from a regular oven. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Alex and the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both a high-quality product and such exceptional support. The oven is easy to use, looks fantastic, and has completely transformed pizza nights at home. Friends and family are seriously impressed every time we use it. If you’re considering buying a wood-fired pizza oven, I honestly can’t recommend this one enough — it exceeded all my expectations. “The whole process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The team were on point and responsive almost instantly on the Whatsapp when the product was delivered. It blew me away. I stared at it for about half an hour as I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was the installation recommendation for the Crane was absolutely spot-on. Mark was really helpful and things had been installed very very well.”

“I have placed two orders with this company, and on both occasions there were delivery delays. The second order was due to arrive almost a week later than expected. Due to the significant delay, I requested that the second order be cancelled and refunded, only to receive an email three days later advising that the order was about to be shipped. While the quality of the product itself is good, the delivery service is unreliable, and my overall experience dealing with the company has been poor.”

“I ordered this item on 19 December. The web site indicated that I would receive the item on Saturday i.e the following day if I paid £5.50 delivery charge. The item did not arrive on Saturday and has not arrived today (Monday). I have just received notice from DHL that the item has been picked from yourselves. Promises of early delivery and receiving payment for this is not acceptable. Tony Holloway”

“I'm delighted with my purchase of a Kindling Cracker bundle. It was delivered promptly, and extremely wall packaged. The Kindling Cracker is perfect for my needs and, as I bought the smaller one, is portable enough to take on my camping trips. It makes woodchopping fun and safe, without the need for sharp axes and their risks. Thank you”

“Can highly recommend Fuego after a recent purchase. You will get 'great customer service'! I actually ordered a wood splitter from them as they were one of the few online sites to have this in stock and I decided to order from them after reading great feedback from other customers. I made a call to check something with them and the team were really helpful and knowledgeable, the item arrived within a couple of days.”
