“Dealing with Fuego was fantastic, apart from the delivery company they use which left a 1-tonne pizza oven in the middle of the road outside my house after refusing to drive into my drive.... Very annoying, I suggest Fuego change delivery companies.”

“Ordered some Ash logs. They catch fire very easily, burn very hot, need to be kept completely dry. Very good product. Give yourself enough time for delivery at the moment, due to transportation delays.”

“APOLOGES FOR COMING TO YOU ALITTLE LATE THE OVEN IS MARVELLOUS JUST HAD ISSUE WITH TRANSPORT SHOULD OF RANG YOU STRAIGHT AWAY THE DEL DRIVER JUST LEFT IT OUTSIDE ON THE BACK STREET DUE TO HIS PALLET TRUCK NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY ON COBBLED PATH TOLD HIM YOU CANT LEAVE IT LIKE THAT, HE SAID IM NOT PUTING IT IN THE TRUCK AGAIN AND LEFT IT OUT SIDE”

“Pizza dough arrived and as described was still frozen so could go straight in freezer. I had expected them to be individually wrapped but they were all stuck together. This was fine as we defrosted them all to use together but this means they are not good if you want to have in freezer and use one of two at a time.”

“The ovens look great and are the centrepiece of any outdoor cooking station. The lift into position job should not be underestimated though as this can add another 1/3 onto the price of the oven. Some of the brickwork was a little crooked on the chimney, but I guess that adds to the character. Customer service assistance was excellent”

“Efficient and communicative service, only let down by the 3rd party delivery organisation. Albeit it the situation, which was minor, was owned and handled by the team at Fuego resulting in a positive outcome. Certainly would recommend.”

“I ordered the oven long before I was ready to receive it to take advantage of a special offer. There were no problems, I was advised to let them know when I was likely to be ready closer to the time as it would take a couple of weeks to get the oven to me. I had several conversations with people at Fuego. they were always friendly. If you have a question or a request call them I'm sure you'll find them helpful.”
