“I can’t speak for using the oven yet as we haven’t got it installed. But customer service from presale all the way to delivery has been amazing. Anytime I called with questions the company have been very helpful and informative and Mark was great taking me through the sales and delivery process. Amazingly they offer delivery to Northern Ireland and this was only £75! As the oven was in stock it came within a few days. The oven itself really is beautiful, even nicer in real life than the photos. I can’t wait to use it!”

“Service was fine up until the delivery of the oven. Once the oven was delivered they stopped responding to emails and there has been no follow-up to see how we're getting on with the oven. Considering it's a such a costly item I would hope for much better customer care.”

“Excellent service from the team at Fuego, special shout out to Naomi, I needed my order with next day delivery and despite there not being an option to choose that, the team were very accommodating and made it happen, at no extras cost as well!
