“The product is wonderful but the customer service is dreadful. Spoils the whole experiance. Still trying to resole a situation with two Christmas gifts ad I think Tina is just obstructive.”

“Really lovely brought as a gift for my friend who husband sadly passed away far to soon. Comunication was fab and was kept up dated on every stage. My friend was speechless and love the thought she can look up and see her husband star. Thank you so much.”

“My second purchase from the Sky Registry. Website is easy to use. The print outs look professional and high quality. Didn’t buy the extras as this was a purchase as we needed at very short notice. “Well I have nothing to review as the voucher I bought didn't work with the site first, then when I got it to work I had to pay more to get a decent pack for my wife, three weeks on other than an email I have nothing to show, seems like the usual online con shop as per usual”

Please refer to the emails we sent to you, we have communicated to you the tracking number for your order which we sent to Ireland on the 3rd of January. You placed your order on the 23d of December, past the date we sent the last packages before Christmas and therefore it went to the January delivery, this was communicated to you on the page when you placed your order and repeated in the subsequent emails. Please note that it is sent from the United Kingdom and can take some time to delivered.

“I wanted a special gift for my 13 year old granddaughter who is keen on anything to do with our planet, she asked for a planetarium and the name a star went perfectly with it. She was absolutely delighted and said it was the best Christmas present she had ever had, says it all really. I chose the digital pack and printed the certificates off and they looked really good in a white frame.”
