We assist all the clients who contact us as unfortunately Royal Mail is extremely busy during the Christmas period and sometimes letters are lost. “Service and delivery was good however I found it disappointing that if u order the certificate in the pack it has a white background if you order it as an email the pdf has a black background so if u wanted to print it off yourself you have to use all your black ink in the printer.”

“I bought this as a gift for my partner after we had a dance under a single star one night (cloud coverage). I was able to name our star as our song and get our star in my partners horoscope constellation. Absolutely over the moon with it. “I brought as a gift off groupon. I didn’t know that when I brought it I wouldn’t be getting a certificate through the post as groupon didn’t state this or I wouldn’t of brought it. Instead they’re asking for £10 for a piece of paper. Ridiculous”
