“Ordered a name a star gift online , received by e mail, then upgraded to a pack, which seemed to have got lost, replacement sent apparently and I’m still waiting , not to impressed with the service received at presant, cannot fill in the rest of the review page as I still have not received pack”

“Easy to order - Place your order, View your order to check it all looks as you like but if not and a change is needed it’s a simple email and you are then contacted and the order is rectified all within 24-48 hours. No drama ... All in all a good quality product with top service !!”
