hi Sonya, Thank you for taking your time for leaving a review. Though we are very surprised to see one star and the team here is very disappointed as we delivered the service as we promise on our product page. You placed your order on 18/11/2019 3:16 pm, your certificate was delivered by email on the same day at 8:00 pm. You opened this email 5 times and 2 other emails 3 times and that's why we are surprised to hear that you didn't receive it. The certificate together with the star sheet is attached to the email. Also you never contacted our customer service that's why you don't know that it's 5-star rated but you still say that we need to get a better one. “Website hard to use and was not responding at points if it wasn’t the fact I had a voucher I wouldn’t have bothered. Ended up paying more as the download pack was so bad. When I paid for the pr-printed pack that was as described and what I was looking for not the 1 sheet of A4 which was the download option.”
