“Have not received full order ,missing chain was a birthday gift could only give half a present. Dis contact customer service no reply as yet .Very disappointed.”

You contacted us under a different name and from a different email address, we responded to you on the same day and asked to confirm your order details as we couldn't find you in our system, you haven't responded, so we were unable to address your ticket. “I had ordered from the sky registry for my partners birthday. It was a star named for his mum who had passed away two years ago. His reaction when opening the gift was out of this world. He was so surprised and says that it’s the best gift he’s ever received. The delivery came one day before his birthday, I was really nervous about it coming late but it came just in the nick of time.”

“I originally named a star after the passing of nan and it helped me so much and from then on anyone around I would a star for if the lost anyone or we as a family did and we have done a few now and every time they help they really help. The process is so quick and easy but so very respectful at the same time.”

“Was really upset by lack of communication. I didn’t fill out the registry date so it was auto filled with todays date . I tried on several occasions to get this changed and my emails fell on deaf ears ! This was the most important date , as it was the date the person passed away on. Not Happy at all”

We also offer Star Box where the certificate is already framed and placed in a keepsake box. If you'd like a different format, we also have wall posters of 2 different sizes. “The process was very easy to place the order and the gift box was received with three days and email communication from start to finish was clear and informative. The whole process was easy and I was very happy to receive the gift box which is informative and of good quality. The box was a gift but made a wow impact - the though of a star bearing someone's names was unique and a very special gift.”

“I really liked the concept of the gift however I don’t believe a digital copy it worth the price I paid! I understand paying extra for the box but I believe a print off copy should be a given! If not it should be cheaper.”

“Nice as a gift, bought it for my class as an end of term gift but most parents didn't know what it was so had to explain the certificate. Needed support but there is no contact number which wasn't helpful so it would take between 1 day to 4 days to get a response. Would use them again but I'd definitely give myself longer than 2 weeks to receive everything even though it says 18hrs.”
