He was professional and did a good job. We have had some issues with the coffee machine lately, so we hope this last service job did the trick.

We'll give you a 4. The initial push back on the engineer visit request has stopped this being a 5. Steve is a great engineer - slips in, does the job and disappears again. He makes it convenient and hassle-free which is a big plus!

Great Service from Matt Thomas, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough during his visits ...and he fixed our coffee machine! The response time however wasn't so great, I reported the fault on Monday afternoon and an engineer attended on Thursday. This meant we weren't able to give our clients a good service and a lot of unhappy people to deal with. But I would like to add that the service from FreshGround is usually very good, they regularly call to check if we need things and our coffee is good quality and the order always arrives promptly!

FreshGround are usually very responsive when contacted through email. When you report an issue they will quickly send out an engineer to check out your problem. They will, however, only email you at 4:30pm the day before they are going to arrive so for a smaller hybrid office, it is not always caught to make sure that there is somebody available. A lot of their accounts emails are automated so sometimes you receive incorrect invoices, with the warning that your account may be put on hold if you don't pay them, even when the accounts department are aware of any errors. Other than that, the engineers are very friendly and really seem to know the machines well. The water tap [cold, ambient and sparkling] has been an excellent addition to our office's kitchen and when we had an issue with an initial quote the response was excellent and easy

A great service. Although our Engineer was over booked on the day he was meant to attend when he did attend he was polite, efficient and worked fast.

Freshground have been very helpful during lockdown, just one little glitch in that we had a delivery at our office building of Water Filters even though our own office is closed until November. We hadn't been notified of the delivery and luckily i was able to arrange for the delivery to be declined. I am happy to report Freshground were able to sort out the issue quickly so all in all everything is now fine, thank you.
