The engineer was booked in for Monday 11.03.2024 however received the following email:
I must apologise but the engineer was in the area today and it seems he’s gone a bit off grid and tried to get ahead of the game by doing a few services that are booked for Monday, including this one.
I’ve just called him, and a cleaner has let him into the building and he’s doing the service as we speak – apologies for the inconvenience.
Due to the nature of the business all site visits must be booked in to ensure escorting can be arranged.
