“Jamie came out to fix the coffee machine after a video call showing him the problem. He ordered the part and within a few days he arrived and fixed the machine quickly. Always very happy with the service we receive from FreshGround.”

“The install of the Billi tap was carried out by Piotr very professionally. He worked very well with in the restricted space, whilst dealing with the many questions being ask of him by curious staff. Many thanks”

“Slav came to look at an issue with our coffee machine, it was leaking from several areas. He was extremly affable and knowledgeable, identified the problem quickly and explained / showed us what was causing it. Has ordered the part we need and will make an appointment to fit it when it arrives. Excellant service from Slav”
