“Jamie came out to fix the coffee machine after a video call showing him the problem. He ordered the part and within a few days he arrived and fixed the machine quickly. Always very happy with the service we receive from FreshGround.”

“Slav came to look at an issue with our coffee machine, it was leaking from several areas. He was extremly affable and knowledgeable, identified the problem quickly and explained / showed us what was causing it. Has ordered the part we need and will make an appointment to fit it when it arrives. Excellant service from Slav”

“Nick was very pleasant arrived on site and immediately got on with the job. Once completed he explained the installation fully showed me where the new equipment was under the sink and gave me instruction on how to use the new water filter. Very professional and efficient job and the site was left clean and tidy.”
