“As one of their support options, we have been allocated a remote/ guided call to see if the issue can be resolved. Their engineer was very helpful and patient, knew where the problem was. We have managed to solve the issue and saved on everyone’s time and resources. Thank you!”

“Dialogue with service desk is hassle free with offer of a video call to problem solve. Although we did not take the option, a service technician was booked for the following day. Matt arrived and had a very warm and friendly attitude and very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem very quickly.”
