“After careful research for a UK based website hosting company with an excellent reputation and good value hosting I found Freethought. I have now migrated all my websites and domains to them and they kindly took care of the entire migration process for me. I'm pleased to say the whole process went very smoothly with no problems at all. I have been particularly impressed with their answers to my questions: clear and not too technical for me to understand. This is exactly the type of support I am looking for in a host.”

“Freethought are exceptionally knowledgeable, their answers to enquiries is fantastic and they respond very quickly. They took care of my domain name transfer from my previous domain name registrar for me, so that I had a smooth transition from using my previous domain name registrar's DNS to using Freethought's, without any downtime. I've now renewed my domain with Freethought at exceptionally low prices, compared to what I was paying previously, whilst being carbon neutral and ethical. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I shall be doing just that.”

“I knew very little about Freethought before I signed up but compared to BT who I had hosting with before they’ve been amazing. I’m not thick, but some of the things involved are a bit confusing. Freethought got me set up very quickly and then just recently I had to ask a question and I was surprised with the speed of the response. Then I had to ask another question and I got a response at ten PM on a Saturday night. Not part of the service but Kieran was at home and answered straight away! I’m very pleased with the service. I’d recommend them without any question! Paul Johnson”

“A little over a year ago, I moved to Freethought on the recommendation of a friend and business colleague. Previously I had been with a multi-national company and when an I.T./email/server problem/issue arose, it took days to fix which of course means that you loose business. The idea of moving to an alternative provider sent shivers down my spine (I am a technical Luddite). The transition to Freethought was simple, easy and stress-less due to the professionalism of Freethought (they care!). Freethought are always there to answer any questions, sort out technical issues and most importantly, offer an outstanding service. I trust Freethought implicitly and with that in mind, Freethought allow me to get on with running my company in the confidence and knowledge that Freethought are supporting me. In today's society we are very quick to criticize, yet slow to praise. I have no criticism with Freethought, only praise!”
