“Sometimes you need a helpdesk... I needed something that was slightly outside the normal but would make my life a whole lot easier. Once your team understood the “why” they made it happen. I’ve been a happy client for many years and, occasionally, needed to call on the support team – Whenever I have, the response has been immediate, thoughtful, very helpful and they only closed the ticket when they were sure the issue was resolved. No first line “Have you seen our FAQs?” or AI-assisted ChatBot here – just a human. When something goes wrong and I’ve needed assistance (perhaps a configuration at my end, not theirs) I cannot say how reassuring it is to know they will jump in to help. I’ve been a client for 6 years and can’t recommend them highly enough. Rob”
