“The information supplied from Free Price Compare was good and the switch simple but I am disappointed with the service from Eon (new supplier). Having asked for a switch on 2nd December they apparently insist on 15th November even following a telephone call. I have e-mailed a complaint to them as I do not want to give my present supplier an excuse to charge an exit fee. I await results.”
