“It is a lot easier to speak to someone than haul throught all the various tariffs on line and a lot less time comsuming Shaka was not pushy and did not put any pressure on me”

“what a pleasure it was to deal with your customer services gentleman Shaka so very helpful explained everything so that you understood what it entailed and found the cheaper switch rate also very friendly but professional and certainly knew his stuff.
