Tie ordered on line, but the wrong tie sent out. Phoned the company immediately to confirm the error and they advised someone would phone back. After one hour I phoned again, this time I was told line was clear so they’d arrange a call back right away. Four hours later I made a further call, this time the receptionist asked for my email address stating she would escalate the case and someone would be in touch either by phone or email. Needless to say no contact was made. Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I’ve awarded one star, for although the wrong tie, they did send it out pretty quickly. Hopefully a manager will read this to understand how difficult it is for the public to deal with the staff when errors are made.
