“Tomas fitted my upstairs shutters today,nice chap,took his shoes off and did a great job explained all about the installation, no mess! Makes a change to have someone clean up!”

“I’m so happy with my shutters they look so good and have been fitted very well. Mark has done a really good job of fitting them. There were no problems. I worried if the shutters would close out too much light but they do t at all. They did take a long time to come but thankfully I had allowed enough time because they were for a new build. I recommend Fraser James to anyone that comments on them.”

“Firstly we'd like to say that the quality of the blinds for the price is excellent , once ordered the blinds came in sooner than expected which was great for us. The guys turned up on time and the installation ran smoothly even though they had an exceedingly large bay to contend with. All in all can't recommend Fraser James enough you won't be disappointed.”

“Mark came and fitted blinds in my conservatory, he had a lot of obstacles due to the poor build. He spent a long time paying careful attention to detail with fantastic end results. A very lovely man, friendly and extremely professional. Thank you, a credit to the company in every aspect.”

“The price was better than expected. Customer service was very helpful and arranged fitting around me. Ian the fitter politely introduced himself on arrival and was polite and professioal from start to finish. He left us clean and tidy as well. I would highly reccomend Fraser James to everyone.”

“The service is amazing. Just amazing. Customer services are brilliant with any queries. The quote was delivered within 2 weeks, and the installation completed when promised. All the work was carried out to a very high level, and property left clean and tidy. Lindsey was our fitter. Arrived on time, with a courtesy call prior. He was more than happy to spend as long as we wanted explaining how our controls worked. Our 2nd instal from Fraser James, and we won’t go anywhere else for the rest of the property! Highly recommend.”
