“Really like my Ralph Lauren down jacket the material is really soft comfortable and the fit is perfect. Frank Bird service was really good I called customer services in store they guided me then referred me to their online customer service who helped me. Overall value fir money and very competitive prices here.”

“After recently purchasing two belts recently, I found myself being asked, by the on-line system to pay postage on one belt and pick-up in store for the other. When the assistant realised this situation, I received a call to say the postage would be returned to me. A truely top class service from all the staff. I thank them for this and look forward to shopping there again. Thank you all!”
