Hi Ian Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your item has taken longer than expected to be delivered. As per your order tracking/update emails, your item was shipped by us on 3rd January. I have checked your tracking this morning and unfortunately your order has been held by customs in Holland since 9th January.
