“I ordered two items. Unfortunately it did not become apparant to me that one item was on back order until I got the order acknowledgement, so I got clobbered for two sets of shipping charges. This was my mistake, however a question on consolidated shipping to prompt this to my attention would have been welcome. All that said, deliveries were timely and as acknowledged.”
