“Ordered a small clutch spring, didn’t need anything else. Dispatched promptly arrived in a large package but was recyclable. Only negative was the postage was expensive more than the part, no need!”

“The needles I needed come in sets of 4 because there are 4 cylinders and 4 carbs etc. These are readily available for 20 pound for a set of 4. I wanted the originals so I came to fowlers. I ordered them even though it was £45 plus £15 vat and postage. So £60. At least I thought I'd be getting g quality. Imagine my disappointment when 1 piece arrived labelled as a set. This would mean over £200 for 4 items. So I sent it back. And bought all 4 for £20. I was told I'd receive a full refund including my next day postage. I was only credited for the returned item which cost me another £8 to send back. So all in all time and money wasted.”
