“I ordered a number of parts in a single order and was phoned by a member of staff to double check I'd read the microfiche correctly and ordered the right components in the right colour - Excellent service.”

“To be honest I was disappointed with this order. The main item that I wanted was no longer available from Yamaha, and so the order was fulfilled without that item and a refund was issued. I understand that Fowlers weren't to know that the part was no longer available until I requested it. BUT being the main purpose of the order, had I known that it was unavailable, I would have preferred to cancel the whole order.”
