“Paid extra for 24 hour delivery which was confirmed when I placed the order. It arrived late afternoon two days later, delayed the project I needed it for, a waste of money paying for the faster 24 hour delivery.”

“I imagined dealing with a company as big and well known as yours was going to be a nightmare. In reality it could not have been easier.
