“Placed an order and both tried to phone and emailed to cancel within 3minutes as realised the order was incorrect. A few days later got a response that it was too late to cancel as the order had already been picked for shipping. Didn't want to pay to send it back so now have a useless part.”

“I've lost count of the number of Yamaha parts I've ordered from Fowlers recently, but the picking has been 100% accurate and delivery from stock is very quick. When in doubt, phone queries were answered helpfully. The only slight wrinkle is that cross-referencing of parts shared by different bikes is missing occasionally. Bearing in mind that my scoot is over 30 years old and was JDM only, that's perhaps a bit harsh... Overall, this is one very satisfied customer.”
