“Ordered 4 plastic rivets for my tracer 900. Delivery was good but only received 3 of the rivets 1 of the larger ones were missing . Maybe a good idea to employ people who can count 😁”

“Just a shout out on the returns process ..I ordered the wrong part (my error) .. filled the form out and sent back and all duly processed ..new part arrived and refund on the original … super service so no wonder we keep going back”

“I know there are Royal Mail strikes, but I would rather have that option and have to wait, than be forced to use a courier as only available option. £7 shipping for a £14 oring! Not impressed.”
