“I ordered my rear light cover on Thursday and received it on Friday afternoon. I chose the royal mail delivery option for £3.50 and didn't expect to take delivery until the following week, yes I was so pleased to get it so quick. Once again Fowlers 'come good', and I would like to thank you for a great service. Kind regards Peter at Lambs motorcycle training”

“I bought a beautiful 2009 XJR1300 that didn't have the owner's manual present, so started my search for one. I found some on line, unfortunately the incorrect year/model. I contacted Fowlers directly for some help, who ordered me with a manual special order from Japan at a very reasonable price. Communication and overall service was excellent provided by very helpful and professional staff 👍”

“I ordered a part and paid extra for next day delivery. It didn't arrive on time. It was very late. When it finally arrived, it was marked for 2 day delivery. I wasn't told that. I rang and asked for a refund of the extra postage I had paid, but was refused on the grounds that the Fowlers website gave this information. It didn't! I looked again and found something about it. It was vague and difficult to find. I won't order from Fowlers again.”
