“Disappointing. Ordered £145 worth of parts. In preparation for suspension rebuild. To find out that a seal kit worth £51 wasn't included within the parcel. As it was 3 weeks since the parcel arrived. Customer services wasn't willing to do anything of worth about it. So that's £51 lost because someone at Fowlers forgot to pack the item that I bought and paid for. Because of this, I will no longer be buying anything from Fowlers again. Never had this problem with Trevor Pope KTM.”
