“I have used Fowlers for motorbike parts for ages, for both my Triumphs and my Suzuki's. The diagrams are excellent and you can pick exactly the right parts you require. If you get stuck, there is always someone on the end of the phone to assist. I have used them extensively this year for one reason or another and I cannot fault them. The delivery is superb, it is usually next day with standard delivery. Brilliant company with superb customer service.”

“Not particularly good on this occasion. Took 6 weeks to get something that should have taken week to 10 days. All sorts blamed from KTM losing order, covid, Brexit, KTM moving warehouse and Courier company delivering it at the weekend. No discount offered on the order , despite al the blunders, but 10 % offered off next order. Thanks for nothing! Can get 15% off at alternative dealer.”
