“I placed my order around 15.00 and waited for a reply and heard nothing, I was in urgent need of the parts and as you no longer have a parts counter I had no choice but to wait. By midday the next day I came to the store having still had no reply only to be told my order was still not ready, not a happy customer, I was then given a number to ring so I could ask where my order was, I then had to wait a further ½ hour to get my order. I don't know who's decision it was to not have a parts counter but it most definitely was the wrong one. Surely it should be no longer than ½ an hour between placing an order and it being ready for collection! Sadly my experience with fowlers has been nothing but a negative one and unfortunately it's not just this occasion.”
