“Simple to use and locate exact part required, ordered with an easy check out and part arrived well packed. I think postage was a little expensive considering it could have been put in a standard envelope. As was only factory warning label that had warn away.”

“Great service, but the order did seem to get duplicated a month later with the same invoices and emails saying my or was on its way. I had to email to say order already completed and I don't want another one.”

“I've used Fowlers Parts a few times now. Each time they have had the engine & body parts that I needed for my GTS300 Vespa. All reliably delivered and packed well. Prices are excellent and reflect the oem parts prices that I require. I only fit oem parts so that suits me fine. The Fowlers website is excellent...can't complain about anything.”

“Bike parts, especially the rarer ones, don't come through all that fast just now. It would be easy to blame the distributor. Web comms maybe not quite perfect, but generally good. A single phone call gave me a full explanation, and from there on in everything happened exactly as explained to me. I did have to wait, but for no longer than expected. Stand up business with an excellent team, working in very difficult times. Will not hesitate to use in future.”
