Hi Karen, We are really sorry that you havent received your order yet. We dispatched your order on the 6th December via Royal Mail. The tracking says that your order will be delivered tomorrow. “I am happy with most of the products as they are of excellent quality except walnuts and cashews that seem to have a bit of stale smell a few times i bought. The product prices are a bit high. Also the packaging lately has a lot of air in them which can reduce the life of the products especially seeds and nuts. Their service is very good, been using them for over few years.”
