“DPD are one of the worst carriers for my area - north-east Scotland, almost always some delay blah blah. Very good packaging and food quality except 5KG dates. Unsealed in plastic packaging in a box - what could go wrong.”

“Grat products but appalling delivery service. Product (Beetroot Juice & Pomegranite Juice in Bottles) was damaged by DPD and returned to their depot causing a 10 day delay which was only resolved by me telephoning Forest Wholefoods. My delivery then arrived finally through Post Office delivery. If my order is sent again in future by DPD Iwill cancel my Forest Products account. Please confirm your future action. “Hi Forest, I really appreciate your items, so no quibbles there. Just to let you know that the courier has done a couple of things wrong. Namely the first time leaving the parcel outside the flats entirely. Only the caretaker took it in and made it safe. The latest time he just dumped it in the entrance, not even through the double doors inside. Both times the caretaker has taken charge and made the parcel safe. The first time, someone could just have walked off with it, noone any the wiser. The courier is asked to deliver the parcel right outside my flat front door. Many times they have done this correctly. Just these last 2 times they've messed up. Please tell them. They're not doing their job properly. Thanks for all the food. It's very precious. Best wishes Karen”
