“It was very useful for my mom as she has a gluten intolerance and a problem with high blood sugar so having brown rice with less sugar and having buckwheat flour has been very good for her diet”

“My first order came with packets broken and rice and peas all over the place. On the next order, the goji berries had brownish-green patches which looked like mould, and they gave me diarrhea. On both occasions I wrote complaints and the complaints were completely ignored.”

“Some of the products were ok, but the fruit was quite dry, especially the figs, which were quite leathery. The main thing that was kind of shocking is hope much plastic packaging was used. What's the point of ordering organic produce only to have it shipped in plastic?”

We also appreciate your comments regarding our packaging. We use food-safe LDPE bags to protect products during shipping and help reduce damage and food waste in transit. These bags are recyclable and accepted for domestic plastic recycling .
