“Good products, although delivery can be a bit slow”

“Love your products and being able to buy fairly large quantities - would like to see the lentil range expanded. Just to note that for some of your 5kg bags, I don’t think the plastic is strong enough as a couple of bags in my order had split slightly (not a huge problem though).”

“I was impressed by the quality of the products, how quickly they arriver and the eco-friendly packaging. However, I was disappointed by the short best before/expiry date one some of them, whereas others go off in 2023. For example, the 500 gr of hemp seeds expire next month! (Arrived in mid-January, expire in February)”

“We have ordered from Forest Wholefoods a couple of times and have been more than happy with the quality. We had an issue with delivery times on the second order where it didn't show up on time, but support was polite and friendly; they offered a discount code for our next order, but unfortunately, this never came through. Hence 4* not 5* as they didn't honour their word.”

“I have made several orders with you. Every time you send me a feedback form. I fill it in. Every time you tell me I will get 5%discount on the next order. That never happens. You never respond to my messages. Very disappointing. Not the money - the customer service”

“We have been using the forest whole food products for few years now and most of their products are of good quality & we are happy with it except for some - fennel is not sweet. They need to make smaller packs of products as sometimes the bags are so huge they can't fit into a cupboard or in any jars. For eg - 2kg of rice should be packed as 1kg bags of 2 and if 2kg millet puffs, then 500 grams bags of 4 as they are light and contents are too big when packed.”

“Speedy delivery, good selection easy to order and well priced for organic produce. I'd hoped to reduce packaging eg by buying 2 kilos of sultanas instead of 1 kilo but received two separate kilo bags. Otherwise happy customer.”
