“Their food packaging is not user friendly. My walnuts had lots of broken tiny shells making their product very unpleasant to eat.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you do not feel our packaging is user friendly. We have taken great care to research and test rigorously our packaging choices, and have chosen LDPE for our plastic packaging, as this can be recycled at supermarkets and generally withstands the transportation process. We are sorry that there were pieces of shell in with your organic walnut pieces and that these made it unpleasant to eat the organic walnut pieces. As it is difficult for all pieces of shell to be removed from the walnut pieces, we do let our customers know about this on both the website listing, and also the packaging of this product.
