“I felt your broker was quite arrogant and anti military. For an organisation that is meant to support the military it made me walk away from the conversation leaving my wife to deal with him. Indeed, his comment "you know what annoys me about the military" and I believed to be against the AF Covenant. We may continue with the insurance by renewing it next year, but I would hope for better treatment if this is to be the case.”
