“Service has been fine and the packages are good but the prices are astronomical. Unfortunately there aren’t really any other overseas providers so the market is cornered and have to use this company. My insurance is 4x the cost it was in the UK with this company and cost only came down a very small percentage after a year.”

“Asked me to call. Did so but was told that the agent was busy with another customer but would call me back in 5 mins. No problem. 30 mins later, I called again spoke to Leia/Leya I outlined that I hadn’t been called back and was rather haughtily told that the agent was ‘obviously busy’ with another customer. I was again promised a call back which never came. Fortunately in my third and final call to them I actually managed to speak to somebody with some customer service skills.”

“I find the insurance quote pretty cheaper than other insurance for me because I work in military. Since this is my first time insuring with Forces Solutions, I have no idea how they deal with the problems i.e. accident, damage, breakdown recovery. etc. The benefits they give with insurance to soldiers is satisfying.”

We are so sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review when this occurs we look into why this has happened and i see you have said the decision on your renewal was left until the last week to give a decision. From our records the renewal was sent out to you via email on the 11 August 2020 and your policy was due for renewal on 1 September 2020 so it was actually sent to you 4 week prior to the policy being up for renewal. We then as you pay for the policy by months instalments automatically renewed this for you 2 weeks before the start of the policy.
