Asked me to call. Did so but was told that the agent was busy with another customer but would call me back in 5 mins. No problem. 30 mins later, I called again spoke to Leia/Leya I outlined that I hadn’t been called back and was rather haughtily told that the agent was
‘obviously busy’ with another customer. I was again promised a call back which never came. Fortunately in my third and final call to them I actually managed to speak to somebody with some customer service skills.
