Stylishly wrapped products. The delivery cost seemed quite steep at over £9, and this fee wasn’t apparent until it was added on the final stages of PayPal. Delivery time was longer than average too.

Hello Julie, Thank you for your valued order. We are sorry to hear that your doubled up postage was not picked up. We have refunded half of this to you now. Looking at your order some items had been sold from the shop stock hence the doubled postage costs. We do try and keep a close eye on this as we are working behind the scenes to resolve this. Hello Jane, I'm sorry that you aren't happy with the service you received. You didn't add gift wrap so I'm not sure why you have reviewed it here? We send everything in pretty tissue but if you want the full treatment with 2 layers and a bow we think our service at £5 is very reasonable. Maileg are incredibly well made pieces and collectors items to cherish for years to come. Maileg set the RRP on these so we are the same price as everyone else. Katy

Quick delivery and nice quality item but it arrived very dirty with smears on the glass and had looked used so it wasn’t great presentation for what was a gift

Lovely people, great choice of products but I had to prompt to chase my delivery and only then found out one of my items was unavailable. So it took a week to arrive.

Quick delivery, however the product purchsed was a glass to replace one that had smashed and they were not the same glass as described.

the colours of the pink hkliving mug is not anything as bright as the photos online, so im a little dissapointed otherwise all is fine

Nice product. The colour wasn't as bright as the picture suggested. I was expecting a bright orange but in reality it is more brown. Still a nice cup and looks to be good quality. Delivery was quite slow (mine took 4 days to arrive from shipping) so pay extra if you want it quickly.

Loved the design but hadn’t appreciated how small the item were. Colour not always close to what is advertised. Still kept the items as they are beautifully designed!

I think communication could be improved. Before we placed our order, we phoned with a query; we had to leave a message on the answer machine but nobody ever called us back. Half our order has arrived safely, carefully packaged and with a friendly note explaining that the remaining item would be coming via a courier. However, it has not arrived and two emails I have sent have not been acknowledged or replied to; this is a little disappointing. We are pleased with the item we have received.

The parcel was poorly packaged. The Maileg pixie was not wrapped in anything that would protect it from the rain. If it had been raining the Maileg pixie would have been damaged. Could have been in a box.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the packaging. We don't use any plastic in our packing room and have been trialling the paper envelopes this week for the first time. I will let everyone know that Maileg should always be packed in a box. Katy x
