I originally placed my order for ecofern chairs with this company as they were in stock according to the website. I wished them as a house warming gift. I received confirmation of my prefer and an email asking me to bear with them while they moved premises. I contacted them weeks later and they were awaiting delivery of the items …. So not in stock then!

Apologies for the delay on this order. The description clearly states that these are expected to take 4 weeks for delivery directly from Sweden. Since Brexit we have made some changes so the customer doesn't get charged the import duty and we had not expected delivery to take so long because of our shipment being stuck in customs. We have now changed this and only sell the styles we have in stock in the UK.

Ecofurn chairs and ‘table’ (Larch). Bit of an epic wait for them to arrive. Communication about delays wasn’t entirely forthcoming - needed to chase - but they have now arrived! Easy assembly - with video. Inevitably some creaks and adjustments required, and variations in the colour / grain to be expected with natural wood and rope! Now just need to wait for the wood to weather and go silver. Note: the table / foot stool is a little wobbly...

I was disappointed in the wallpaper samples because so little of the pattern is actually visable - about a quarter of the sheet is taken up by a wide shot & text with heavy black border so it's difficult to get a real sense of the pattern you're trying to look at. They are beautiful prints and I may still order the rolls but the samples are frustrating!

Lovely wallpaper sample but unfortunately due to the delay in receiving it, we ordered the sample from elsewhere. Nice personal note inside apologising for the delay though :)

Was happy with purchase but not with delivery as I’ve paid for shipping within 3-5 days but had to chase up item after a week of not yet receiving it. Only to find out that it wasn’t shipped yet.

I was happy with the Djeco puzzle that I purchased but I was not happy that it came very late. I was expecting it to arrive within 3-5 days as I have paid the shipping fee for the item to be shipped within 3-5 days. But it took more than a week to get to me and I needed to chase it up after 7 days since the item did not arrived yet.

Unfortunately I placed my order when the move was going on so we had some hiccups. These things happen!! I like to support small businesses so it won’t put me off ordering again☺️

I am so sorry it took so long to post this item. We have been working evenings and weekends trying to catch up after Christmas and with schools closed with much fewer staff. Happy to say we are caught up now. Katy x

The cup I bought was fine and arrived in good condition. However, the fact that tax wasn't included in the original price, plus the frankly horrific cost of postage made it ridiculously overpriced. It also took longer to arrive than stated on the website.

Hello Hazel, I'm sorry you feel like you had a bad experience. Thank you for your feedback .. The price on the website does include tax. We don't charge extra on top. We break it down on the invoice as we are VAT registered and some businesses claim the Vat back. This is the amount from your purchase that goes to the tax man. We post everything out 48 tracked and £4.90 is the price that Royal mail charge us for this service. On smaller items this seems expensive but it is the same price for postage on a £200 order. We don't make any money on postage. I see that your mug was posted 6 days after ordering rather than the 3-5 days that we estimate to get things out. I can only apologise due to the fact we have had two months worth of orders in the last 10 days and are packing everything ourselves rather than using a fulfilment company like lots of big businesses do. Lovely selection of items, speedy process. In the produc specifications of the item purchased (table lamp) it said the plug was UK but then it came with an EU plug. I've sent a couple of questions to them but never heard back - which was somehow surprising given how much thought and effort they put into the rest of the process.

The material of the fabric is really strong. However on picture the pillow seemed much lighter in colour and it is really flat, I will need to buy some fillings into it as well.

We ordered a wooden shelf and sadly it was chipped when it arrived and the ends were bashed. Luckily we needed to chop it so didn’t need to return it but in future things definitely needs to be more securely packed. The actual product was great though and very happy with the finished look!

Hello, the bowls themselves were as described and extremely well packaged. It would have been a five but they took two weeks to arrive. It was a UK address so I thought that was really too long.

Good delivery service, nice touch with the packaging too. But not rated 5 as the colour of the cushions I ordered sadly looks different to the picture and so I’d like to return them, but no returns details in the box and haven’t had a reply to my email asking for help! Shame because seems to have lovely stock and my son is loving the new toy i ordered him. Would be great if you could put a little slip in with the receipt explaining returns process
