“I was very pleased with my watering can which arrived quickly despite the dual challenges of heavy snow and the pandemic. Communication was very good: I had messages confirming my order and the ETA and a pleasant thank you note with the package. I’d certainly use Folk Interiors again. One suggestion - not a criticism! - would it be possible to slim down on the packaging? The outer box and padding seemed unnecessary.”

“Beautiful products and fantastic service with a nice human touch. I was kept up to date with delivery info and the items arrived quickly and all in perfect condition. Something was missing and they immediately offered to send a replacement for them the same day. Really impressed and will definitely shop with them again. Felt very well looked after.”

“The Folk Interiors team have been brill for their customer service. I accidentally broke my hubby’s favourite espresso cup which was a gift. I tracked down the supplier Folk Interiors website thankfully as they put the logo on the base of their mugs (phew). Ordered the ‘rock’ espresso cup & a beautiful green cappuccino mug, well packed, & my hubby was very happy with his lovely new espresso cup😉”
