“I love the products and your level of service is exceptional. The mugs have arrived so beautifully packaged, glad it was with Royal Mail as they are so friendly and efficient. I have asked my Daughter to choose what she wants and happy to order again. I am sick of indifferent retailers , it is a pleasure to buy from you. Thanks Angela Hutton”

“My order arrived beautifully packed - so much so that I almost didn't want to undo it! The website is lovely, though the time limit imposed on the cart makes it seem unfriendly, and I certainly did not feel I had enough time to browse. Perhaps you could create a Love List like TK Maxx so visitors like myself could add items to the list as we browse without having to remember details of the items.”

“Great service & delivery. Probably too many flow up emails, like a lot of companies these days. However, I appreciate the care taken. I was dissapoinred to see this product £10 cheaper on another site who had a sale on but that's just one of those things I guess.”
