“I bought a uniquely great jigsaw for my mum, couldn’t find anything like it elsewhere. I got an email saying it was from the owner of the shop and thanking me, which was a nice touch. Great product, personal and efficient service and I hope I am supporting a business in a slightly more compassionate way that going to Amazon”

“This is a tale of two extremes! I ordered some plates and bowls and then wanted to add another item even though the order had gone through. I got an immediate response, was able to add the item and pay right away. I was very impressed. I was told the order would arrive in a day or two. It didn’t. I emailed and didn’t get a reply for a few days. Was finally told that one of the items was actually out of stock and was asked what I wanted to do. I made a decision and was told the order would arrive by Thursday - it arrived Friday which at this time of year isn’t so bad. However, unfortunately the order was wrong I received 7 bowls instead of 3 bowls and 4 plates!!!! Beautifully wrapped and packed but still wrong! Emailed and got immediate reply and within 3 days had the plates and a return label. Bowls and plates are lovely and the people running Folk Interiors seem rather nice too! Mistakes are made and at least they righted them quickly!!”
