“Nice product. The colour wasn't as bright as the picture suggested. I was expecting a bright orange but in reality it is more brown. Still a nice cup and looks to be good quality. Delivery was quite slow (mine took 4 days to arrive from shipping) so pay extra if you want it quickly.”

Hello Emily, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry for the disappointment around the colour. The colour can change from batch to batch and of course in photography. We are happy to swap for a brighter mug if you would wish to exchange? We would also like to apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delayed delivery. We do send our orders out on a 48 hours service but from time to time delays within their service do occur. “I received my delivery very quickly and super well wrapped. I'm very happy with the quality of the item itself. I ordered a vase and looks as described on the website. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Folk Interiors!”

“I ordered a mirror on 13th of August and as of today (18th of September) I still don’t know where my mirror is or when I’ll receive it. There is no tracking information and while I get responses to my emails, it’s always I’ll check and then no follow up. I would not order from here again.”

Dear Melissa, once again we do apologise for this protracted order. This item is leaving us by a third party and as explained there has been a big mix up and we have both been let down.
