“I love the product however the communication was very poor! The items arrived almost 9 weeks after purchase. Everytime I chased it up I was either ignored or my email wasn’t replied to for days and I was told the same thing each time ‘it’ll be here next week’ the fact I had to chase this up every week was bad enough as I would have appreciated being notified before I had chance to become concerned.”

“Love the chairs! Video instructions for assembly very good. We were quite calm and efficient by the time we got to the 4th one! Glad we chose black in the end as colour suits the new patio and cushions look good too. Many thanks”
