“I was looking for a specific bath mat. On the other stores it was not available or the price was much higher than my goal price. Here I have found it for a good price and according to the website description it was in stock. Now, from my other experiences with online shopping, there are some websites which say they have some products on stock and after you place your order they say it is not in stock and it will take some time to get it for you. It was not the case here. Taking this into consideration I have send a message on the contact page of the website asking if the product I was looking for was in stock and more info regarding shipping time. The answer came very fast, minutes I believe, and told me that the product was in stock and the shipping time for this product for Romania it was 5-7 working days. I have placed the order and it arrived according to the specifications and in the given time. One other nice thing is that you can get some voucher discounts directly on the website. One thing to ask the shop owner is to insert your mobile phone number on the parcel so the delivery company persons can find you easier and to find a better time that your parcel should be delivered. I am very happy with my purchase on this website. The shop owner, Katy, if I am not mistaken, is a very kind and attentive person. I can tell this by the fast response time for my questions and also to the little things and nice message on the bill. Thank you for having a nice shopping experience!”

“Delivery was on time and the fragile item was packaged well. It turned out that the item wasn't quite what I wanted but Katy responded quickly when I emailed to confirm the return address and processed the refund very quickly once she received the returned item. I was very happy with the service and I would buy from Folk Interiors again.”

“The choice on the website is beyond expectations. Easy to navigate the various sections & option to request email notification if an item is out of stock. All the things I have ordered are gorgeous & exactly as described. Each item is beautifully wrapped in wrapping paper (& sealed with thoughtfully worded stickers) that you would want to re-use. Sometimes Katy includes an extra sheet of wrapping paper with an order. The items are packaged into a premium cardboard box to ensure that they reach you in pristine condition together with a handwritten note & detailed invoice. Any special requests or enquiries are promptly met. Would highly recommend.”
