“Couldn’t be happier with my experience of Folk! I received an email to say delivery might be delayed due to the location change of the store but my order arrived quickly and was so beautifully wrapped. Have already recommended the store and will definitely use them again. Thanks!”

“Folk interiors is Katy Parkinson and is a great company. My order was for my wife Ceri’s birthday but sadly there were significant delays non of which were within their control. The present arrived beautifully wrapped ready for my wife to open with a card saying ‘Thanks for waiting, happy birthday’. This level of customer care is very rare and was much appreciated. Bravo Katy. Oh, and she loves the vase.”

“Bought this beautiful chair for my mum’s 80 th birthday present Took a long time to arrive but we were kept in the loop and had regular updates explaining delays Assembled the chair at the weekend and although there were a lots of pieces it was easy enough to put together using a YouTube video. The chair is gorgeous. My mum loves it - my dad is 80 soon so will need to buy another xx”

“Such a beautiful selection of products abs the service is impeccable. I was contacted as soon as I placed my order informing me of a possible delay as the shop was moving premises. I mentioned that my order was a gift and the order was expedited and arrived beautifully wrapped the next day. Really great, personal service. Will 100% be shopping again with you!!!”
